Hey, I signed up a few weeks ago, maybe a month or 2 ago and it still sais my account is processing? Then in the details it sais accounts should be processed by a bankroll mob team member within 24hrs. This means that I am restricted from getting some bankrolls until my account is processed? Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem or could help me out here?

go to you mob account page scroll down it will say account not veryfied. in same box will have a verify your account button. u can either upload I.D of input you phone numer and recieve a call from BRM..

I have verified my account. I did it by phone a while back, and in my mob mail it also said my account has been approved but there is still this big alert message (ACCOUNT STATUS: PROCESSING! Your account is currently in queue to be processed by our investigation team. This usually happens within 24 hours of signup (weekends excluded), and is necessary before we can allow you to use our free bankrolls and certain other features.
If your account is approved, you will be able to knock yourself out in the free bankroll offers, available to your country ) which is why i dont understand it. Have just uploaded my ID so hopefully that will help sort it out.

you should email support from the beginning about that and your problem would be already solved and you would be able to get as many offers you like. if you havent already emailed them then im sure admin will see this post and fix everything. he rocks
