that is the conversation i had with players only chat support and they told me that bankrollmob told players only they were not paying out any more points for this no deposit bonus. the only reason i signed up for this bonus and downloaded thru bankroll mob was cause of this bonus, now i have downloaded thru bankroll mob and dont have any benefit from it but now bankroll mob has a referral for my download.

I have had an email from admin they are chasing it with players only i have been in the same situation since the 23rd . Hopefully it will be sorted today. They told me the promotion was ceased on the 19th. The live support staff on players only have been telling different players different things, one player posted on here that the support said that if theyu had set the account up before the 20th the bonus would go through but the one i spoke had no idea what the other was on about. very annoying.
