Weird, usually bankrollmob support answers really fast to any email sent so i'm not sure why you didn't get an answer so far. I actually i used bankrollmob support last week and in two days i got the answer. Judging by the title of your thread i presume you also have a rakeback problem, i actually saw more threads about this problem only regarding about full tilt poker. If you play there and you didn't recieved your rakeback yet it actually might be not a affiliate problem(bankrollmob) that doesn't pay your rakeback but it must be the fact you activated the added bonus offer currently available on full tilt poker. I know they take a part of your rackeback if you activate that offer so if you don't generate a large volume of rake/rakeback you don't recieve rakeback for a period, so this may be the problem. ty for your help, not having such big problems but only noticed my stats are not updated and they are not answering to me anymore. I guess support is REALLY busy last weeks because of black friday .. or maybe not ...who knows without answers
