Greetings FrecciaS, and welcome to the forum.
Their site is cardclubgames.com (Which I'm sure you've already tried so I'll try point you in the right direction for entering the code). Once you're on the site you need to login in the top right. Then you should be able to view your account. Click around some of the menus and look for the word "voucher" this is where you enter the code.
If you can't find it, email their support team. They are pretty quick.
