Hello.
There was such situation:
I have satisfied a condition on gift offers VC poker on May, 12th. But has forgotten to press claim bonus and all this time waited, while to me will add mine 5000 mob points. Has written in support on May, 28th "why I don't have mine mob points", on what 1st has received June the answer "choose claim bonus". Has come on a site, has pressed and "Unfortunately it's not possible to claim gift for this offer, as it's no longer active and therefor we are unable to process gift requests at Victor Chandler." I again write at once to a support, on what begin me игнорить, slowly to answer and as a result me have written "Unfortunately it's not up to us, to make sure that you follow the instructions clearly stated on our website." After that the message me is ignored by 7 days. Though I have satisfied a condition, have typed 10 points. Has simply forgotten to press claim bonus. In turn me at all haven't warned that they have finished cooperation with it Poker room. I think the payment they have received for me. Help council
