Well I been playing today some 6 hours no stop and it's been worst day for me, can't do a thing right I fold when i should call and call when i should fold every fish beats me and I can't hit one draw.
Hope this ends soon or my BMR will be out of the window

yeah dont play long hours in this heat, just have a rest for today and have a beer, relax, also dont play poker when drunk

6 hours is indeed too much. I can only play with all the 5% of my brain that still works for one hour and a half, maximum two hours. That's why I don't play big tournaments, just cash and sitngos, sometimes small tournaments.
Get your self in a pub beer garden with a beer or what ever you drink things will be better tomow
