215 tickets outa 10000 , chances are pretty small but it all depends on your luck.
if its your day , you can win with even 1 ticket and if its not you'll lose with 5000 tickets.

Don't pay any attention to what others say ... I know really well what are your chances, they are X ! The rest of the players have Y chances against you separated in various pieces of W, V, P and some others.

I also know that I have K chances of winning, and that K=0
