Yust got screwd on 1315 US dollars from Casino Classic (Casino Rewards). Played a 500 for free won 200 bonus. Made my deposit and got the bonus. Started to play and won 1315. Made my withdrawal everything was okej got pending withdrawal e-mail. After that nothing happend. They lockde my account. Then I got a e-mail saying
"The reason your account has been locked is beacause the promotion has already been claimed on an account playing from the same location. Please refer back to the terms and conditions."
and
"Your deposit will be returned to your Neteller account."
of course they will. I have never ever playde on Casino Classic befor. I used Bankrollmobs link. They made a big FOPA and are now sending back my deposit. It toke them two weeks from my bonus play to deposit to withdrawal and to this e-mail today. And they say that I have a dubbel account. I have ben in contact with thier support allmost every day for the last week. And was given another account and another mans last name yesterday. And today 12 mars I got this e-mail. I smell a FISH.

I am very sorry to hear that. It seems that something is not right. Did you ask them for proof? They are claiming to have duplicate accounts, but have you asked them to proove it to you? Don´t just take their word for it, request some evidence. After all, it is YOUR money, you WON that money fair and square. Don´t give up.

wow thats not right, if they are saying you had multiple accounts then they shouldnt of let you play and deposit there in the first place in my opinion so its there problem not yours. As fodz said ask them proof its your money not theres after all. Good luck and keep us informed .
that sucks for you, it doesnt seem like anyone (apart from goldenstud and her massive win) has ever had any joy with any of the online casinos. hopefully you do get your money back, otherwise thats just wrong

I swear all of those casino sites are a rip off. Well im sure there might be a couple of legit ones , but I wouldnt know which ones to trust. I have had a problem with one of them. I hope you get your money, that is alot to get ripped off.

Of course there are always two versions of the story and I am not here judging this Casino as imoral and a sure scam, simply because I have no information beyond what I saw posted in this thread; so far one word against no word at all, but it surely seems that this one will soon join the list:
