Hold the mouse over the text and it will explain.

I just changed the text though as "webcam" is really not the correct word to be used.

Cool, actually quite nice to know.
Not that it matters much, but if somehow you could find a way to explain why a member was rejected, then when affiliating it can be made clear that this criteria must be meet(or if affiliating in a bad place, then the affiliate knows)...one for the list. Thumbs Up
