well your confident your going to win so I whish you the best of luck I found titan to be a nightmare, as far as cashing out is concerned as with most bonus offers yes you have to clear it before being allowed to cash out all offers are different so check the terms and conditions , most sites also require a deposit as well bvefore allowing cash outs, good luck on the tables
