that really sucks.does this apply for using all methods of cashing out? cause i know most of the sites charge fees in cheques and bank transfers. you could deposit the rest to reach up the 100$ and then cash out

Not sure but i know from experience with other poker platforms that you really need to write down that pokerbonus code, if you don't you are not more eligible for the bonus...
Contact bankrollmob support and ask if there is anything you could do to improve your situation

Read the terms and conditions of the offer and see if it says. If not email Bank Roll Mob support and explain the problem. You may no longer qualify for the offer, if so try another and be very careful to follow the steps.
I'm not sure if the bonus code is important or not. Usually, the support team knows you're an affiliate from BRM because you used their link. I guess the best thing to do is to ask support. (BRM and/or PKR)
About the fees, I'm not 100% sure but I think:
The 1$ fee for depositing is only under 25$.
For the cash out, it's a 2$ fee when you withdraw with cheque for under 100$.
