I contacted support Chat and explained our problem with a link to the thread about the freeroll. They said they would look into it and sent me this response by mail:
"As promised over the chat I have escalated the issue where you could not register for the Bankroll Mob Freeroll with ID 2328076. They have informed me that they will check this further and in the mean time have registered you manually for the tournament. Wish you luck!"
I mentioned both our names, but apparently you will have to contact them yourself to get registered. Took about 1/2 hour, so if you read this in time, give it a shot.
