nice time to jump off the sinking ship lol anyway he has done pretty good in achieving fulltilt great success and become a giant, lets hope the new guy can do the same.

Yeah looks like he is leaving this sinking ship... Not raelly good news I am afraid. Because of all the latest news I really lost my hope that they will reopen again.

I cant understand his reason to quit. Ok, so there's no point in trying to sell what is not for sale, but, if he had the job, why didnt he waited until he was fired? This way he would receive more than just quiting.

True that this sounds bad, but who knows what it means. I'm still pretty sure that atleast non-american players will get their money back. Players from other countries were not doing anything illegal, and even if they did, that doesn't mean their money isn't theirs anymore...

Full tilt poker has all the legal rights to keep players money (this is what you agreed to in the terms and conditions), and thats why they will keep them.
Someone has to pay for this mess (the lawyers fees) and the players money will be a part of that payment. Time to forget your money on FT ...

I hate to admit it, as I've tried to remain optimistic throughout this whole debacle, but I am starting to come to the realization that the players, myself included, will never see our rolls again.
It's not like the $ I had on there was life changing, I'm more upset about the time and effort I put into building my roll and accumulating all the points I had.
Oh well, c'est la vie I guess, time for people to move on and migrate elsewhere or stop playing.

It does sound a bit ironic saying they have "all the legal rights" doesn't it? of course ur right m8 but if they were minding the law there they wouldn't be in this mess from the beginning...

What a mess. I am sure that sites like PartyPoker and others that got out of the United States market years ago are now pleased with their decision. Pokerstars seems to be alive and kicking, but the effects of Black Friday will be felt for years to come. I know that for myself, keeping a bankroll of a decent size on any site is not something I would consider anymore. GL to all still with $$$ on FT.
