Did the promotion is running? I ask because after completion of PartyPoints, I sent my application (08/10/2011) to release the 5000 MobPoints and so far I have no news.

Summer coming to an end and i bet after that BRM support will come back to its normal and fast responses. Just hang in there it can take a while but you will get it

support is a bit overloaded these days so expect some delay or maybe they waiting to get a confirmation from party poker. u'll hav to wait few days i guess
