strange their representative has suddenly disappeared and people are not getting their bonuses.
hope its just a temporary glitch, maybe admin can try contacting them too

Had the same thoughts..., very strrange.
So I will wait and see if there will be news on this and if the bonus is paid to other mobsters.
Maybe then I will also try it.

Please be aware that mansion poker has currently halted the bankroll promotion temporarily. We hope we can resume soon, at which point all accounts that were not credited yet will be credited with their bankroll.

The reason for the temporary shutdown is that the majority of players that were coming in had already claimed multiple bankrolls on the ipoker network. Unfortunately so far, that has meant that very little players took their free money bonus serious. We are now trying to work on a structure where we can welcome players that are genuinely interested in playing.

We are always available through the contact form on our website, so even though I'm not responding to your questions in this forum you are very welcome to ask your questions there. I'm terribly sorry this is happening, and let's hope for a solution as soon as possible.

No it doesn't, it means that it's very hard to build a bankroll with $10. Seems to me that players are only welcome at Mansion if they are prepared to deposit. If they've already got an iPoker account they can deposit through that so there is no need for another one. I would have thought that the whole point of a NDB was to get new users to try the Mansion skin and, hopefully, stay there.

How can you run a promotion, have all those interested request the promotion, download and install your software, and then decide..."oh well, let´s just change our minds and do something else"... Shock

Definitely the worst marketing stunt I´ve ever seen.

Exactly the same thing.

So basically, you just announced on Internet that Mansion is a site that does NOT honour it´s promises or agreements.
Nice going guys, just when this year the whole Online industry is at a low point in "trust" issues due to the FT scandal!

It is unfortunate that everyone feels so strongly about this issue, even though all bankroll requests may still be honored once we are done evaluating the current statistics. It was never our intent to put this promotion on hold.

@ jbrooksie - We welcome all players that make the effort to play with their bonus, regardless of if they make a deposit. We are perfectly aware that it can be hard for players to build a bankroll with $10, and we factored that into the equation before we started.

I understand that it can be frustrating for players who requested their bankroll to have to wait a couple days longer, and for that we apologize. We hope you will bear with us in resolving this matter.
