Normally you have 90 days to clear the bonusses in all rooms at the iPoker network (like Titan, Mansion etc.). If you play more in a month, you can get additional benefits like vip program bonus money and freerolls. And you can see it in your Titan account under "bonus restrictions".

aiight, thx for the quick response man, i appricate it, by any chance you know how they rake their cash tables? i know you get .3 points for like 4 cents to 9 cents but i dont know how much im gonna get raked on each pot lol

They have altered their point system. I remember at some point they were giving titan points from 1 cent rake and now they got it up from 4 cents rake. The rake system is contributed in iPoker, so everytime you put money into the pot you get points. Then you will need to see how much rake was taken and how many players where in the pot and divide the nums to see how much rake is charged to you. They have cash back also which starts from 1250 points which is 5$ cash back. While their point system isnt as good as other sites their cash back system is.
