Video is not as fun after reading one of the comments made to it:

There is nothing physically wrong with this cat. As the OP said, it was the first time the cat met the daughter of his friend. This cat is angry that a new person is in her house. The cat is growling, but some cats produce a lot of saliva when they do the high pitched growl and she is swallowing a lot. Please note the other signs of anger... Ears flat against the head, wide eyes, arched back, puffed tail. This cat is not sick. This is one pissed off cat!

Yeah, I showed it to my gf and she got mad at me because I thot it was hilarious. She was all pissed like "omg how can you laugh because the poor kitteh is all scared". Psh, women just don't understand lol.
