Yes, contacting BRM by email will always be the best way to have a direct answer to your problem. It could have been something that you did wrong when registering, like forgoting to insert the bonus code, or registered with one name and give other name to BRM (once, because of one missed letter, i had lots of problems in another site, and the problem had been mine, instead of writing na “y”, i had put an “u”; i only noticed after one month, when they send me promo mail with my nick… .

hello and welcome to BRM. You will find this is a great community and forum of course. If you did anything by the books you will receive the bonus since you are entitled to. Sometimes there are delays. I must confess i havent experienced any at so far. BRM rocks

welcome to the forum homeboyspy,i went for a bonus a few weeks ago and heard nothing until i contacted the site,they told me it was Brm i should ask so maybe you should contact support here,I've given up on mine but must say I've not had any bother before and BRM put the NDB through very quickly,gl with your bonus and have fun...

First thing you should do is to contact te bankrollmob support via email or just wait for an answer from administrator here on blog on the status of your bonus...
There are a lot of problems that can appear in taking a bonus but it's not unusual to wait that long

You still havent contacted them? Not that hard to find the email but noob came to the rescue. The more you take to contact them the more it will take for you to earn some money

Hi,press support in top right of your screen,then press bonuses(request/payments),then opens site with questions and when you press answers,you press last(others-nothing answers my request),then you will be on page where you can chose life support or e-mail (with pictures),press e-mail and there you are,bye
have to say that today there is no way to play at party poker got dc like 69 times on tournaments of bankroll and went all in like 4 times when i was dcted... dont know whats wrong with party but guys its a shame ...

It has a long story with disconnection problems and the thing is how come a profitable network like this cant fix this kind of problem. Either its their fault or ISP's they need to figure it out.
