yes of course you expect a little privacy but the site also requires verification to prevent fraud and multiple accounts, the only reason you give number is to recieve an automated call with your verification code. yOUR NOT GOING TO BE SCAMMED DONT BE SO SUSPICIUOUS MAN LOL

Dont you think if people really wanted to cheat they could just get another phone number?.. Its not that difficult to use a cell phone or a friends phone.

How rude would it be for you not to give your phone number to someone who is about to give you free money? Seems a bit fair right? You go to any store to buy something you end up having to show id and what not, so why would it be different here? Especially when you don´t have to pay anything, you are simply just verifying and confirming that ideed you are who you claim to be.

Yea I dont understand why people are so paranoid about something that is public information anyways. My friend wont sign up because of DL verification, as I told him you can cover up your DL number. Everything else on there is in the phone book ...lol.

I dont understand people it isnt a scam when someone is phoning you just to verify you exist, i mean obviously there are tons of telemarketing scams out there that buy your info from places like visa (its been heard of) so i mean your ph. number is availaable to those you want it already lol
