yEs as kaiser said most of the poker bonuses take between 4/5 days but just to be on the safe side i would give it a week after you requested the bonus before you conatct live support or anything.

Yes you may recieve it in 48 hours if its processed fast enough but under the bankrolls it says expect to wait between 4 or 5 days before contacting support os thats why i said best to give it a week.
