Short answer: No.
Long answer: It's one thing to have 2 mob accounts from the same IP address (Even though it is in fact 2 different persons), but if one of the account is an affiliate and the other is referred by an affiliate at the same IP address, well - that makes our investigation guys go nuts
So, don't do it. Don't try it, and please don't even think about it either

go3an, we're not (never) gonna call you, once your Mob account is approved. So changing your phonenumber is not necessary. At worst, it will only add to the suspiciousness (phew, some word to spell ) of our investigation crew, when they notice your phonenumber changed, since there's no reason to do it other than if you want to use it for another signup (not allowed).
Not to say something bad about them, but even I fear them at times - some really tough guys with hardly any mercy Okay okay, just kidding.. but you get the idea.
If you still want to change your number, just let me know and I'll see to it.
