I tried every No Deposit offer and was rejected because I live in the US. Why?? US players can get these offers thru other sites!! Is this just a scam to get US players to make deposits??

i think full tilt is the only pokerroom where US players are allowed because it has no casino ... all the other rooms like titan, party, etc. have a casino in their software and casinogames are forbidden for US players !

I tried FTP before and again just now - same thing - no US players eligible. I received money at Utimate Bet thru a different website so I know that it can be done there, why not here

the fact that you have tried FTP before means that you have created an account there before and that could be the problem as most sites only allow 1 account per player.

so try out full tilt shouldn't be a problem there
Is that the reason why some pokerrooms deny US players? I thought it had to do with how the money was handled and transfered.

I never even got to put my info in. As soon as I clicked on the offer , it rejected me for being in the US. something smells

Its a money thing mainly , I have read a few articles on this matter and money transfers seem to be the main reason the big sites have pulled out, that and the threat of legal action by the U.S,,,,the story of the Tonyg poker site and the problems that players had getting cash from the site after its pull out from the us is a perfect example, if u look on the web u will find the story and lots in relation to the american poker laws and intentions,,,, anyway maybe once the stink dies down and proper legislation can be introduced to keep the yanks happy it will be of benifit to all,,,,,then again maybe not,,,anyway look on the web thats whats it for its all there

i think the mainreason are the casinos right now partypoker made a huge loss because they included the partycasino and had to exclude US players, because of that they made a huge minus ! the US players make a huge percentage of players at these pages so i thinkit was pretty stupid of party to exclude them. and pages like FTP or stars are US friendly because they don't have casinos, just poker so they can keep their US players. They dared to accept them and in the end they made the right decission.

Well if u found your post to be funny - that makes one person that does
another thing - u completely missed the point of the post.
This YANK plays poker online and it is quite legal in my state.
MY POINT is that this website advertises free bankrolls but doen't give them to US players and FREE Bankrolls are available on other sites to US players.
If u r a US player reading this, u can get a free bankroll at PokerSource Online.

Full Tilt is U.S.-friendly. Free bankrolls are available at Full Tilt through many other sites, yet not through this site.
This is a big hinderance for US players, bc Full Tilt and Ultimate Bet are the ONLY two US-friendly poker sites that BankRollMob.com offers free bankrolls for, and Full Tilt rejects US players for some reason.
