TENNIS / US OPEN Novak Djokovic kept his second US Open by defeating Federer 6-4, 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 in three hours and 20 minutes. For the Serbian was his third Grand Slam in four finals and his 10th title. Nostalgia called a triumph of Roger Federer, who at age 34 is playing his last rounds and the final of the US Open was dreaming of the 18th Grand Slam title. But you can not when the world No. 1 wants to win. Because we only had one of those, I won in 2011, and wanted the second. They waited three hours until the rain and then allowed to play, despite the struggle of the Swiss, who was Nole won the title.

Djokovic and Serena Williams will be the No. 1 until 2016.
Novak Djokovic is going through a great moment in his career and reaffirmed the US Open: she earned her second title in New York and 10th Grand Slam of his career. With 2,000 points scored, the Serb said the world No.1 until 2016. Second Roger Federer (finalist in the US) is located and who completes the podium is Andy Murray.
Among women the picture is similar, although Serena Williams failed to celebrate in the US Open (he fell into semi vs. Roberta Vinci): US will not drop from top world ranking until 2016. Rounding out the top and Maria Simona Halep Sharapova.
