Okay, I deposited and than withdrew from Unibet. I completed all cashout requirements.
Unibet blocked my account for "safety reasons" and I was told to send my ID and documents to them. I did and they said it should just be a few days to verify. (Who knows why, should take a couple of seconds)
Weeks pass, I email them a bunch of times and they keep telling me "please be patient" and "Just a few more days".
It has now been more than 1 month...
I was wondering if BankrollMob can email them on my behalf and see what is going on.
------------ Nevermind, they finally unblocked my account..
------------ Seems as though they could have unblocked my account the whole time, just giving me a hard time. Oh well, just received the money so I`m happy now.
Anyway, heres my tip for anyone on Unibet. Just send your ID and Documents to them in advanced so you don`t have the same problem. I had to send my ID, front and back and Money Bookers screen shot. With bank transfer you may have to send bank statement.
You may not have the same problem, but in the terms and conditions;
''Unibet reserves the right, at its own discretion, at all times, to Request documents to verify identity''
