Hello, I am wondering.. why cant ppl Telephone verify after they have send pic of their ID/Passport, I mean.. They only got level #2 if they doesnt do both, or can u telephone verify after you have send ID/Passport picture? If so is.. how? Thanks in advance.

You're welcome Most of the bonuses require a level 1 though, less fraud is happening with level 1 accounts. But recent fraud attemps is forcing us to begin limit the allowed countries for bonuses even further.

If you have no clue, then don't worry about it Besides, you're already on approve level 1, the highest possible. Because you did both the phone verification process and the ID verification.
