Yeah usually it's the same guy behind the "Administrator" nick. We have another offical user named "MobManager" as well, but he's not as active. Currently our support personnel only handles emails and live chat, but we might expand them to take a look into the forum once in a while too.
It's a nice job, I guess as you can indeed work at home right? But a busy body in front of a monitor reading ... and keep posting ... but if you really like these it's not a matter. Cool, keep up the good work all BRM team

I really dont get it why people are still forced to go to office when they can work from home. Ok once or twice a week so boss remembers who is he paying for the job and to make a briefing, but for your job admin i think it is nonsense. In fact there are many jobs that could be done in same manner. I think its the owners or bosses power trip that is still making people go to office everyday when it is not needed. Example from my country, most of the people working at any software related job as coders, web designers and such, still have to work from office.

I think an office is so much cooler. Plus, I'd just get distracted if I worked from home lol And than your boss would have to monitor you somehow..
Admin, what hours do you work at the office? And I see you changed your name from Admin to Administrator..Why don't you change your name to Admin Steve, or whatever your name is

It's always been Administrator But yes, we could change our names to AdminSomething if necessary.
In my experience, it's hard to find decent employees that will put in as big as effort when working from home as if they did from the office. Maybe 1 out of 5 will do it, the rest, if not "monitored", they will get too easily distracted or maybe not work as many hours as they actually should. But having the people in the same office also makes communication much easier, specially easier to understand rather than mail/messenger which sometimes can be misunderstood etc.
Hours? What's that? I work so many hours I don't have a glue
