I will allow it for now, but as soon as somebody breaks the rules by writing something in german (which I understand very bad ) then he will be banned and thread closed. So behave and follow the rules
.... oh, and if any germans know anything about TUV inspection, cars and headlights then I have a question

Ok, I'll try to explain.
1) What happens if you drive to TUV inspection and it fails because you have installed aftermarket taillights that requires additional reflectors installed on the rear bumper and you have not installed those. Will you get a fine or they just tell you to fix it and come back for another inspection?
2) Same as above, but with a modification to the headlights: Where the blinker would normally be (large compartment) it has been modified to contain daylight running lights in the large compartment instead and blinker in the corner (small compartment) where there used to be parking lights. I hope you understand what I mean

I know german TUV is very strict, so....
as long as these things are correctly installed and typed into your "fahrzeugbrief" everything should be fine but if these things were done without inspection from a garage then u have to fix those otherwise u won't get the TUV-Plakette !!
why do u wanna know this admin ?!? planning to move to good ol germany ?!?

Bugger, then I have to re-wire the whole thing It's not in the fahrzeugbreif because I modified it myself.
Nah I don't want to move to Germany, but I have a car registered in germany, because I live here (and im not maltese), so when I'm back in scandinavia on vacation, I need something to drive in (taking public transportation cross country to visit family and friends is horrible, delays etc).
