Is the Full Tilt Pokerbonus for US players too? Because I just checked the list of ineligible countries and US is on the list but I see a US flag beside FTP on the bankrolls page.

maybe the flags just say something about the pokerroom accepting players from the United States in general? some pokersites do accept USamerican players but do offer some promotions only to ceratin countrys, what can exclude USamericans in some cases.
