Hi all..
as i wrote on another thread i deposited 60$ and requested the paradise poker gift on the 30 of may, i'm quite sure that i have played more tha 150 hands. The problem is that at today, 12 of june, the request is still pending, i contacted 3 times the chat and they told me to write an e-mail, i wrote 3 mails, the first 5 days ago and the last yesterday, and i never received any reply!
I think that i'm a good user of brm, i referred about 50 people, and i received every time the money in my account withouth any problem, but this time i feel disappointed, not for the money, but because i have never received any information about the situation.
Admin please, if you can, help me with some info about my gift, i want to know if i'm elegible to receive it and when i will receive it.

It may still be a little early to worrid, but for them not to respond to your e-mails is a little of putting, its quite rare for an offer not to be honerd, hope all works out for you.
id guess you may be waiting anouther 2 weeks but it will come aslong as all the requirements are met

Hi all!
Ok i'm now at the point that I must say "Brm you have won!!".
After 7 mail, those are the older traking numbers " LTK1450944547X - LTK1450925413X" without any reply.
After about 5 session of chat were Marcus,very kindly, told me that they can't do anytingh for me more than redirect my mails.
After 17 days of processing of my request.
After my deposit of 60$!
Now i can declare my defeat and go over it, because i don't want to spend my and your time triyng to obtain something.
I will never write a mail or chat with support or update this tread anymore.

You can't give up that easily, contact BRM everyday, show them you mean business.

Contact paradise poker, make sure with them you made the 150 raked hands.

Don't quit now..quit after you receive your gift. Than tell them you can't believe how they treat their customers and you will never use their site again. And hopefully they compensate you with something to make you stay Smile
