Most of the players, not in advanced stages, are using patterns while they play, and the cards they get. So if you play a couple times with them its very easy to read them, and change your game to try and beat them.
In this case i doubt she was reading plays. I believe it was just an aggro game to the extreme, as she does most of the times, and very lucky at the same moment.
