I honestly believe that making a good fold is more satisfying than winning a big pot a lot of the time.
People will often make an 'easy' call and put it down to a bad beat or a cooler but sometimes it makes more sense to make a difficult (But correct*) fold.

Hmmm... not for me, I'm always a bit resentful when I make a 'good fold, because for me, a good fold usually involves a hand where I was mind-raping a fish chasing some b******t hand and realising they got their special card on the river and having to fold, despite knowing I was destroying them and out-playing them every step of the way.. Folding is like conceding defeat.. sure, it may be the right move, but it's still losing.

You do feel good when you do make a good fold but the temptation is always that you are being bluffed so you call when you really shouldnt. I agree that a good fold is very satisfying but not as satisfying as making the correct call and taking down the pot with a marginial hand
