Germany vs Latvia,IIHF World Championship,under 4,5 goals in the regular time Latvia has played overall good , last game they managed to win Switzerland in overtime so they managed to get important 2 points there. Latvia has good goalkeeper and they can defense well as an team - if they manage to keep out of penalty box, I don't see Germany to score there more than once.
