Why are you using your time and your money to reach the Silverstar Status on PokerStars. What are your advantages out of this? Or is it just for honor and pride. In this case I would not recommend doing it.

The prior questions are reasonable. Unless there is a monetary benefit (which starts not before gold IMO), and especially you saying you lost money grinding it,then going for silverstar isn't worth it. Barely making it will net you only A FEW extra dollars. If you are solely recreational then it's nice for you,but the questions are posted rightfully

The first thought that came to mind when I saw the title of your thread was...:
"VIP Club,....lol... I'm in the 'RIP' Club in the last week over in the FT/BrM tourneys... Went in the toilet last week,...and have only finished in the money in about 1/2 dozen games...
My goal is to make the top 10 on the leaderboard,...I'm in 13th right now with about 2 weeks to go...!
