Problem is preflop. You can't call that bet. If you play a multiwaypot with a middle pair, you should do it only if you can see the flop cheap. 400 chips from a stack of 3000 is not cheap. Most of the time you will not hit a 7 and have to give up.
So it is raise or fold time. So early in a tourney i may have dumped the hand. In a freeroll one can push here.

Typical freerole donk wins :} It should hae been you vs AA, you should have raised pre-flop rather than call (AA may have just called then, or put you all in then its an easy fold, donk should fold) the 400 call is too much, you should have folded. tempra was just a lucky donk, just too much wrong with the whole hand on all parts. better luck next time.

Your right about the raise, but in a freeroll I don't think it matters cause nobody get's scared from a raise Yesterday I made it too the final table in a freeroll and by then the game starts to look like poker, I think the only way to survive a freeroll is try to sneak in a lot of pots and see what the flop brings.
