Joseph McKeehen takes a monster chip lead into the final table but, to have to wait 4 months to do so, is just craziness to me. They should just play it out today like they used to

McKeehen had a big strike on this final moments until the November Nine were chosen, after defeating Negreanu he also defeated the bubble Alex Turyansky. That gave him a big lead, now we just have to wait until November to see if the winning spree will continue on his side!

I agree that the wait for the final table is just annoying and hopefully this will stop soon.Apparently it is supposed to bring business to Vegas twice a year but I am sure there is a better way than this. There is a 72 year old player....no disrespect to any old guys but at that age do you really want to wait 4 months for your greatest poker tourney ever. I can't believe the massive difference in chip stacks from 2x shorties at 6m right up to 63m.

But we saw it in the past, that not the player with the biggest starting stack at the november nine final table wins the WSOP. It was interesting to see, witch gaming style he played: aggressive or not.
