i have been using Neteller for almost three years now i got my card and everything and i gotta say i am happy with the service but i don't know which is better Skrill or Neteller because i have never used Skrill but i heard good stuff about it anyway wish i can help but i got 0.10$ on my account but if you can send me 13$ on pokerstars and i will cashout to neteller then send you the money
although i think the card is useless unless you are winning a lot of money and you want cash i have never used my card .. it is just sitting there
