You probably all know that Poker Trail Management owner of LTPQ were suing Loto Quebec for a very big amount of money.
The trial was held and although they had a lawyer Boyer and Martel were talking more then the lawyer and they had sent subpoena to many peoples without even get in touch with them before and most of them had nothing to do there.
To make it a short story judgement was rendered and the company and or the owners were find guilty and they have to pay Loto Quebec 50K. plus all the lawyers fees of both party which will amount to over 100K. for Loto Quebec layers.
The bad think in there is that all the players that had won trip to Vegas are the losers and some of them made the trip with their money being told they would be reimbursed.
