Hi,
i very disapointed about the reject of my request for the fulltilt bonus. Because i don't understand why my request was rejected ?
In fact,
- i don't have another account on full-tilt poker room !!!
- i haved entered the right bonus code !!!
- I used your link to download fulltilt poker software !!!
I think is a error of my part on my fisrt and last name. In fact, my english was not very good and i may be enter my first Name on last name full-tilt field register form and entered my last name on first name full-tilt field register form. Can you verify this possibility ?
Can you retry processing your bonus request ? Or must i modify my full-tilt account to ave the same name into Fulltilt account and bankrollmob account ?

tat the email i send you since 3 days, and i dont receive any response of the Bankrollmob support !!
Can someone explain me, if my request is redinitively rejected or its possible to solve my problem.
