Congratz StheP for reaching gold status (i was gold also few times on partypoker)but that is nothing wort of it only palladium level is good and is worth it...Last semmer when was promotion with 100k hands for 1500$ i almost finished in palladium level have 1900 points that month... If this they make again that promotion i will play it and reach this time ...

you need to pay 325$ in rake for gold status, and I got discount in point store for gold status... I can buy cheaper tickets, also I can change my points for $ but a lot better offers are when you reach paladium (last status) so i will try to reach it
$325 is a pretty decent commitment each month. Do you need to rake that every month to maintain it? Do you think you will? That is a fair amount of play - even at medium stakes.
