The point requirement makes promo "not" risk free. If I deposit my money and lose without making the point requiremnt then I do not recieve the $50 dollars. Right?

Well, it depends on how you look at it I guess
We feel that, with the low requirements we've set, that it should be possible for most people to reach the requirements. Like 5 partypoints for partypoker or 100 raked hands for everest poker.
IF you loose your money before you reach the requirements, then yes - you're out. BUT, you can make a new deposit, of say $25. So if your initial deposit was just $25 and you made another deposit of $25 in order to qualify and receive $50 from us. Then you would have received $50 from us for your NetEller, plus you still have whatever is left on your poker account (and winnings) - plus you are on the way to getting an additional bonus from the pokersite.
So, it might not be 100% risk free - but it's pretty much as close as it can be
