i did some points withdraw on partypoker 1-2 days ago and i don t know if i did good . My username is diferent then my nickname (thats how it is on pp) & i entered my nickname . Can an admin help me out with an answer ? PS :username Tirolaxl /nickname : tigeraxl (the one that i added)

So nickname is the name at the tables , and username you have to fill in when you start the poker app and the'' register/log in ''box appears , alongside with the password , right ???
I hope TigerAxL finds a solution in time , communicate with BRM team and solve this problem and get your money
