There's 3 of the pokersites I can't get my bonus in.

The link in Ultimatebet.com doesn't work. When I click the "free download" on the Ultimatebet.com-site, the page cannot be displayed!!! I have tried a hundred times now, and it's the same every time.

In Pacific Poker you need to use a 12-digit bonuscode (recieved by mail from BankrollMob) in Pay & Play... But there is no Pay & Play option on their site. I have mailed Pacific Poker, and their reply was, that that option is not available in my country (denmark)!!!!!!!!! So I can't get the bonus...

And in Ladbrokes, when i request the bonus in here, they ask for an accountname. But when I type in the name i chose when I registrered, a messege comes up, that the accountname only can be numbers!!! I never recieved an accountnumber from Ladbrokes, so I can't get my bonus....

Others who have these problems?

Why don't you try Ladbrokes again? The problem with numbers was fixed a few days ago, so that it now accepts letters as well. Just remember to create an alias at ladbrokes also, otherwise the bonus can't be paid to your account.

As for Pacific Poker, we received this screenshot today from pacific poker to confirm that it IS available for denmark too.

So it's really weird that there's still people who can't find the pay & play in their software.

Don't know why ultimate bet download doesn't work, it works at our computers, so you have probably software installed that blocks it.

Pacific poker is still the same. I recieved a mail from Pacific just a few hours ago saying: I do apologise for any inconvenienced caused, unfortuantely, we
do not have the option to deposit with Pay&Play for your country.

When i go to the cashier in Pacific, I get a totally different screen, than the one on your screenshot. And there's no Pay & Play option...

I have the same problem with pacific. Yesterday when i talked with the online help they said that I couldn't deposit with pay&play. I talked with them again right now, and they said that i should call on this nr 80883111, so i did. They said that i should write to support for promotions, so i will try that now, and if that doesn't work ill give up. Sad

I can only say that i have tried, i called 2 times on the phone nr they gave me, the first time it was a woman, she hung up on me, but i called again and talked with another, and he just said that about a mail to support.

I tried that. I talked on the phone with a guy from Pacific as well, and he never heard of BankrollMob. He said it isn't available in my country. Then he tried to convince me to pay with my creditcard instead!!!!!!!!!!

I also recieved a couple of mails from them, saying: You don't need the Pay & Play option, you can just make a deposit with your creditcard.

Seems like they try to get out of the free bonus....

They're not trying to trick you into making a deposit OR trying to get out of the free bonus. The problem is, they simply don't KNOW about this no deposit bonus. I have no idea how many hundred people are invovled in Pacific Poker one way or the other, or in the support department alone, but it's very rare with the no deposit offers so the normal support personnel can't know all the details of the special promotions run by affiliates.

I added the screenshot in the mail i sent to them, I haven't recieved an answer yet, but ill hope that it will convice them about it.
