This is not the first report I've seen regarding their failure to make payments. Several people have mentioned similar issues, and the situation seems to be recurring. Moreover, their support team simply doesn't respond to any contact attempts. I had trouble logging into the software and also received no response. As a result, I decided to uninstall their software and don't plan on using it again.

There are complaints about this poker room and it's ability to pay out withdrawals or about their support team respond time and efficiency . If you search internet you'll find such complaints . But I haven't read till now that it is a scam poker site for sure . I just say there are complaints ..
Personally I just checked it for it's low buy in games and freerolls , didn't like it so I didn't even deposit there and I abandoned my account there
