Hi Sansay,

The $5 free (credited as BCD, which can be converted to cash within the BCPoker platform) after completing KYC instantly. BCD can be used for casino games / BCD tables.

Here's some more information that you might find useful...

BCD Benefits:
1. New member welfare currency, equivalent to cash (1BCD = $1)
2. Can play all casino games, real wins and losses.
3. Can participate in BCD exclusive events and get competition rewards
4. Can be gradually converted into cash during the game

I've been waiting for 5 days for them to fix the problem, but I haven't received the verification text message. They keep saying they'll fix the problem any day now.

The problem is unresolvable. I've exchanged dozens of messages describing the problem. I've recorded videos and taken screenshots. And nothing. It's been two weeks and nothing has changed, and nothing will change because they don't know how to solve this problem.
