I've been waiting for 5 days for them to fix the problem, but I haven't received the verification text message. They keep saying they'll fix the problem any day now.
The problem is unresolvable. I've exchanged dozens of messages describing the problem. I've recorded videos and taken screenshots. And nothing. It's been two weeks and nothing has changed, and nothing will change because they don't know how to solve this problem.
