a few years ago when was a European or World Cup at football, i saw one with 13 mob draw prizes. I had over 1,700 tickets and i didn't win a single prize.

It was the largest in terms of MobPoints available, but in terms of winners it's a shared 1st place, with 12 winners. There was one in 2008 with also 12 winners,
This one was only 301 points from a 13th winner. So close!

Answer is same, but you dont know how to read! Its hard for you as I see! Largest number of points ever, but there was only 301 point till 13 winner! He didnt say that was less points...
