Looks intresting... copy from there site:

"Sxxxx xxxxxx; is not a gambling site -- you are never asked to place a bet or risk money on a poker tournament or any game. While you'll have loads of opportunities to win big money in high-paying tournaments, there is never a buy-in or deposit required. Exclusive members pay a monthly membership fee to take part in our extensive list of services, access community features, and have convenient access to all of our tournaments.

Might be fun Smile

sounds like a clever way to get round gambling laws. clearly is the same as gambling because you could lose the cost of your monthly fee but gets around Americas anti gambling law i think. doesn't say whether they restrict the no of tournaments you can play. since everyones basically gambling at the same stakes, i don't see how they can distinguish between different levels of player. and can you only play tournaments here? because i don't think the cash table format would work

edit: also i imagine tournaments with no buy in would get filled pretty quickly. like the best freerolls do. then you'd get loads of donks and some who don't even turn up. not sure if thats good or bad
