Yer it diffrent and intresting i think, im sure this is how pokerrooms etc are getting around some laws, i can see it being quite profitable for a decent player, just get out of the free donk pool and happy days....

sounds like a clever way to get round gambling laws. clearly is the same as gambling because you could lose the cost of your monthly fee but gets around Americas anti gambling law i think. doesn't say whether they restrict the no of tournaments you can play. since everyones basically gambling at the same stakes, i don't see how they can distinguish between different levels of player. and can you only play tournaments here? because i don't think the cash table format would work
edit: also i imagine tournaments with no buy in would get filled pretty quickly. like the best freerolls do. then you'd get loads of donks and some who don't even turn up. not sure if thats good or bad
