hey there guys and gals anyway I finished talking to vulcan support they told me the no deposit bonus from here is for $10.00 doallars and thats there no other bonuse dollars and that its not what they advertised here,they also said that it was the advertiser that made the mistake not vulcan poker, according to them its just the $10.00 dollars and thats it no other bonuses, so im very confused here, I told them thank you for $10.00 dollars, and they told me to contact my advertiser for miss informing me on the bonus, has any else had this problem or issue like this, I just dont get it they say one thing here and say another at vulcan who do you believe? I guess I just have to go with the poker room on this one, maybe bankrollmob got it wrong, we will see.......

thats funny I just got $10.00 and you get 20.00 pnds I thought it might be the currency thing but they said the only bonus I was gettin was the $10.00 dollar one and thats it.......

I tried to give them the link they basically told me bankrollmob got it wrong,now im even more confused....they told me,that my advertiser got it wrong and that I should check with them...lol.....I told them that others here got there $20.00 dollars,I didnt get a response for a long time after telling them that,they just said its my advertiser must have made a mistake, I also mentioned that the 13.40 I got was what I would have got if my currency was in euros but its not and that, and that my currency is in cad, so I dont know what to think,they just keep saying the same thing.... I thought by know we would here something from adim here,but I guess they dont know whats going on,I just think if they use the link they give to sign up for the bonus it should work,maybe its the links they give us to use......I dont know, I just wish I would get what was advertised here........ oh yeah and another thing I was told was that theres no other bonus money waiting for me to clear,I got the $10.00 in cad and thats all I get, no other bonus, not even the one I signed up for here the one where you re supposed to get $160. so for that bonus I guess im screwed I guess im not depositing there if thats the way they work,I cant trust them
