Hi again I talked to everest now, but there seem to be a minor problem.. Everyone who signs up automaticly gets a "100$ welcome bonus" which need to be cleared before you are able to clear your (VIP15) bonus.. There is no way to skip the welcome bonus and go for the VIP15 right away..
Atm the VIP15 is queued and the welcome bonus active.. But all i have to do for your bonus is play 100 raked hands, and request the bonus.. can i still do this while VIP15 is queued?

Where do you get VIP15 from? Our bonuscode that you *must* use is VIP150.
And it doesn't matter about clearing a bonus. All you need to do, is play 100 raked hands, and you qualify for our gift (if you used VIP150 bonuscode when creating your bonuscode).
All the bonuses that Everest Poker offers you, are between you and them
Ofc, VIP150, it was what i entered in the bonus field.. But i were never askek for a bonuscode when i signed up.. was first when i already had signed up, i entered a tab called "Bonus" here i entered the code which it accepted..
Thats good.. Though, in my account, there isnt anything called "raked hands".. At least i cant ind it.. But there is something called Summet Points, is this the same?

I'm not sure about everest poker, but you can always contact their support if you need help.
However, my guess is - if you play maybe like 3 hours at a 6 player table, you should be able to reach the requirements. But again, it depends. So your best bet is to just send them an email and ask how many raked hands you've played.
Hi again, just talked to Everest, they told me they wernt counting "raked hands".. But i have played a lot in there, its actually a good site.. Can you check in any way if im able to get the gift now? or should i try the request?
I have copy/pasted the chat in here in case you want to see it "Michelle: Hello, Jeppe Clausen. Can I help you with anything today? Michelle: this is about rake? Jeppe Clausen: Its about an afflicate, where i need to play 100 raked hands, then write a mail to them and then i get a "special gift" Michelle: ok Michelle: one moment please Jeppe Clausen: When i asked the afflicate about where i found the raked hands, they told me they didnt know, but i should ask you Michelle: we don't track the number of raked hands. Michelle: basically any hand he participates in and where a rake is taken Michelle: you participate in that is Jeppe Clausen: ok, so this is what they must be reffering to? Jeppe Clausen: Anyway.. thank you your help, ill get back to them with this info Michelle: alright Michelle: anything else you need help with? Jeppe Clausen: no thank you Michelle: you're welcome"

If you think you've played enough, then just submit the request - no problem
Everest poker will tell us if you are not qualified yet, we will then inform you and you can play some more. It's not like we're gonna kick you out or anything, if you're not qualified the first time (but you won't get the gift either, unless you're qualified, of course).
Whats the average time for the support to respond? ive send a mail 5 days ago and only recieved the "we got the mail" email, and i havnt heard anything else..
Comparing with the response time you have in this forum, i would think something was wrong?
