So, one guy contacts livesupport at some site, and sends us the chat:
Zach: May I ask for the bonus code you entered on your account or the link where you downloaded our software? ****: 25free Zach: Thank you for that. ****: first they sad i shoud wait 3 day s ****: then 24 hours Zach: I can see here that you have to contact your advertiser (the link where you got this bonus code) regarding your bonus. ****: what you meen Zach: You will have to contact your advertiser and inform them that you have an account with us that is eligible for this bonus.
That's fine, so far. He contacts us and we let him know that he didn't make a request for the bonus yet, and gives a link to our FAQ where he can find all the information he needs.
Then this reply comes back:
*beep* you stink *beep* firm it sucks to much *beep*holes
I beep'ed out the bad words - but you get the idea
Sometimes it's tough to give away free money

haha this is why i love thsi site so much.. the admin is like on of us and actually takes time out and talks, shares with us, LISTENS TO OUR suggestions, and well most importanty the main point of the site gives us free money lol.. but s**t like that is retarted lol.. did u guys get introuble cuz of that guy? cuz i would hate an idoit to ruin ti all for us

Ok, sure he´s an idiot, using foul language is not going to solve anything, but let´s remember that he is probably a guy just like us that really wants a bonus just like we all did. So for some reason, good or bad, he can´t get that bonus.. of course he´s going to be upset. Especially after reading all the posts here, including my posts about how fast we received the bonus and so forth.
All I´m saying is, let´s not crucify this guy or girl.
I n all types of business we have people complaining.. hey I even have some complaining inside my own home!
So Admin, we are sorry and we KNOW that you have to put up with this kind of behavior.. So have a beer and relax! Things are going really well here.

that is a good points fodz lol but odds are this is a guy (or girl) who is tryin to scame... i could be completely wrong.. (jus like losin quads to a stiraght flush lol) but there is no reason for him yellin and swearin and stuff.. if theres one thing i noticed in the short time ive been here its that the admin works amazingly to get everything fixed asap.... and just being a prick doesnt help any

I know, but who knows the kind of day this poor person had... fight with family, with friends.. who knows?!? I´m just saying this because it like in traffic... your driving and all of a sudden some idiot flies by you only for you to find out that it is an emergency. Am I making any sense?

oh yea i compeltly understand your point... and ill admitt ive done it before myself.. but just sayin and seeing it from the other side you see how big of an idiot your acting like...
just becuase you had a bad day, gf broke up with you whatever it may be doesnt mean he has to take it out on parties not connected with that incident..
but with that said we are all human and it happens... we cant control ourselves.. and like ive said.. its happend to me before so

The reason I´m saying this, especially trying to see that guys or girls side is because, of course, since he or she didn´t get the bonus, they could try to win bonus by refering friends and cashing ou mob points. Of course that person has many friends, but if you publicly embarass them, show something they did wrong at the time, do you think that person is going to want to be affiliated here? It´s bad for business, so my attempt was the opposite.
