Thanks for the codes, I've forwarded them to our support dept. FYI - LTK14504701650X was not made on the 24th, but the 27th in the afternoon Smile

yes sorry you are correct.. my mansion offer was approved on the 24th.. i decided to be paitent and wait 3 days before making support aware that there info on the status of this bonus was false

I know a magic word that will make them give your case a higher priority - but if it's a matter of missing payment, then I'm afraid they are already waiting for mansion to get back to us with an update, so not much we can do from here Sad
